How do I obtain a quote on a product via the website?
On every product page you visit, there is a GET A PRICE button. Please complete the form and submit and an Ecolab Healthcare team member will contact you via email with a price on the product you selected.
To obtain prices on multiple products, back the product thumbnail, there is a QUOTE CART button. Click this button and it will add the product to the Quote Cart. If you wish to add multiple products, continue clicking the QUOTE CART button on any products in any program & solutions category. When are finished, complete the form and hit the SEND button and a Ecolab Healthcare team member will send you a quote.

I have just submitted a quote request, when can I expect a quote to be sent to me?
Please allow up to 2 – 3 business days for the quote to be sent. If you need prices immediately please contact us on 1300 425 529 AU or 0800 425 529 NZ.
Just to confirm, if I put something in the quote basket, I’m only getting a quote and not purchasing it?
Correct. Currently, we do not an ecommerce function at this point in time on this site. When you place an item in a quote basket this is a wish list. Only once you submit your quote basket will you receive a quote of how much each item is. There is absolutely no obligation to buy and if you need any more information on the product, please email us back or contact us on 1300 425 529 AU or 0800 425 529 NZ.

Can I get quotes for multiple products at the same time?
Yes. You can place as many products in the Quote Cart as you would like.
How do I arrange a service for my unit?

Can I purchase an item on your website?
